Every shift with our CORE Program is an opportunity to strengthen both the team and the care clients receive. As a Shift Lead, you’ll coach and support staff, keep daily operations on track, and step into direct care when needed. Your leadership will help create a collaborative, dependable environment where employees feel supported and clients can continue moving toward their goals.

Pay: Range starts at $20.65/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related working experience)

Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour when clocked in for 3+ hours between 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 12:00pm (noon) – 8:00pm

Valley also provides Basic Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Long-Term Disability Insurance at no cost to eligible team members.
• Health Savings & Reimbursement Out-of-pocket medical expenses may be eligible for reimbursement through our Garner HRA — up to $2,000 for individuals and $4,000 for families. Depending on your medical plan selection, you may also contribute pre-tax dollars to a Health Savings Account (HSA), with a company match of up to $900 for individuals and $1,800 for families.
• Retirement Our 401(k) plan accepts both pre‑tax and Roth (post‑tax) contributions and includes a company match of up to 6% of your annual salary.

The Shift Lead ensures that team members have the resources and support to perform their jobs successfully. The Shift Lead possesses sufficient knowledge and skill in their respective function and utilizes this knowledge and skill to train, coach, and supervise team members. The Shift Lead actively encourages a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
