Associate Veterinarian - Fast Track Veterinary Urgent Care Port St. Lucie, FL
Fast Track Veterinary Urgent Care is a walk-in emergency and urgent care hospital with two full-time veterinarians and a rapidly growing caseload. We primarily manage outpatient cases and minor daytime hospitalizations, and we’re seeking passionate doctors ready to make an impact from day one.
At Fast Track, we focus exclusively on urgent and same-day care
—so you’ll see a wide variety of cases without the stress of tomorrow's spays or long-term endocrine management. Our mission is simple: to provide accessible, compassionate, and efficient care to pets in need, while giving our team the support and balance they deserve.
- Balanced schedule: 3×12-hour shifts per week = 4 full days off.
- No overnights: Urgent care hours only, 9am–9pm.
- Work‑life flexibility: Unlimited time off
- Modern facility: Brand new Samsung HM70 EVO ultrasound, digital radiography, capnography, multi-monitor anesthesia, Tono-Vet Pro, and more.

- Base salary: $135,000–$190,000 (commensurate with experience)

What We Are Looking For- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- Florida veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA license
- Comfortable with a mix of urgent cases; open to weekends and some evenings
- Enthusiasm for shaping a new practice and working collaboratively
- Team player with great client communication skills
