Part-Time or Full-Time

Minimum of 3 days and 20 hours per week

Daylight or Evening Shifts Available

Must be available Fridays and Saturdays

Must be 16 years of age or older

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment — hustle is a must

Team-oriented, dependable, adaptable, with a strong work ethic

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn — coachable

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times

Efficiently prepare cold menu items, including wraps, salads, fruit, and catering trays to Chick-fil-A’s high standards

Stay current with new product introductions and procedural updates

Wash and properly store kitchen dishes and utensils

Operate kitchen equipment safely and promptly report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director

Complete all required in-house training to develop skills and maintain knowledge of company policies

Consistently adhere to all company procedures and operational standards

Participate actively in team meetings, offering input and supporting team goals

Follow instructions and directives from the leadership team and the Operator
