This is a part-time on-site/remote Appointment Setter role based in Port St. Lucie, FL. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments, generating qualified leads for the sales team, and maintaining effective communication with prospective clients. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, contacting potential clients, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience. The candidate will play a critical role in supporting sales efforts and optimizing operational efficiency within the office.

• Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience in Lead Generation and prospecting potential clients
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and resolve inquiries
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic on-site environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in sales or appointment setting roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial
