Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly, adaptable and motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of GHO Homes, guiding prospective buyers through the new home purchasing journey. If you have a passion for helping people, a knack for building relationships and a drive to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
- Welcome and engage prospective home buyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Educate buyers on GHO Homes’ communities, floor plans, features and options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing, including follow-ups and documentation.
- Collaborate with the construction and design teams to ensure a seamless home buying experience.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
- 5 or more years in builder sales required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, New Star Sales and New Star E software preferred.
