This is a full‑time on‑site position based in Port St. Lucie, FL for a Sales Representative at JA Edwards of America, Inc. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building relationships, and identifying customer needs to propose tailored roofing solutions. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting property inspections, presenting solutions, managing customer inquiries, and assisting clients with insurance claim processes as needed.
The role also requires a proactive approach to meeting sales goals and growing the customer base while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in presenting and explaining solutions to potential customers
- Experience with property inspections, estimating, or providing customer insurance claim support is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of or experience in the roofing or construction industry is highly advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the service area
