Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.34 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Friday 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Saturday 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by following site‑specific access control procedures and community policies at a residential location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor authorization, and maintain required logs and/or records related to property access and security‑related activity.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the community, including common areas, gates, and perimeter locations, with attention to unusual activity and security‑related concerns.
• Communicate clearly with residents, visitors, property management, and Allied Universal personnel regarding access procedures, post orders, and/or incidents requiring follow‑up.

• Proof of high school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience preferred
• Access control and/or badge experience preferred
• State, county, and/or city issued security‑related license preferred
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
• Applicants with criminal histories may be considered per applicable laws
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
