Security Officer Access Specialist

As a Security Officer Access Specialist in Jupiter, FL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. You will help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and conduct routine patrols to support a secure and welcoming environment. Visible, assist residents and guests, and deliver strong communication and customer service.

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with property guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, reporting security‑related issues to management and/or local responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and observe unusual activity or maintenance‑related concerns.

Day Time – Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• 1+ year of security‑related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensed as required by state/local regulations.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.
