Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor entry and exit points at a residential location, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent application of property rules.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management, residents, and/or first responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, common areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
