Security Officer Access Monitor in Port Saint Lucie, FL
, a part‑time security officer who will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a welcoming environment for residents, guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Tue: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM;
Sat: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM;
Sun: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a residential location, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent application of property rules.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management, residents, and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, common areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security‑related concerns according to site procedures.

• Possess at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
