Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, credential verification, and adherence to established entry procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Document observations, incidents, patrol activity, and security-related concerns in clear, accurate reports for Allied Universal and site leadership.
