Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.56 / Hour

Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM;
Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM;
Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front desk location within an aerospace and defense environment by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and communicate entry requirements in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Assist with reception duties, including directing visitors, answering phones, managing deliveries, and providing information to authorized individuals.
• Document security-related incidents, visitor activity, and unusual conditions accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
