Part Time

$16.45 / Hour

• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity logs.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity through a visible presence, professional communication, and adherence to Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
