Thermal Concepts, provides high-quality HVAC services to commercial clients across the region. Our team specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. We are committed to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork for commercial HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, form, and assemble sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Install ductwork, dampers, hangers, fittings, and related HVAC components.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Troubleshoot, modify, and repair ductwork as needed.
• Follow OSHA standards, company safety policies, and jobsite procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Properly maintain and inspect tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they are safe and ready for use.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial sheet metal and ductwork installation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC duct systems, components, and installation practices.
• Ability to safely operate sheet metal fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accurate workmanship.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with supervisors and other trades.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
