Job Description
Join our team as a Receiving Clerk and play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. In this position, you will receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify delivery accuracy and damage, enter receiving information into inventory systems, and ensure products are distributed to the appropriate departments. You will maintain accurate inventory records, assist with asset tracking and inventory counts, coordinate outgoing shipments, and support surplus property management.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and deliver incoming packages (25%)
- Complete data input of received information online and assign asset tags (15%)
- Keep accurate records, inspect goods received for damage (15%)
- Track inventory and distribute products to other departments (15%)
- Keep accurate records of warehouse inventory (10%)
- Submit receiving reports to the Purchasing Department (5%)
- Ship out freight requested by all departments (5%)
- Track disposal items and surplus goods (5%)
- Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned (5%)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year related experience
- Knowledge of UPS and freight line shipping procedures
- Detail oriented with the ability to perform tasks accurately
- Ability to operate a forklift, pallet-jack, hoist, and pick‑up truck and trailer as needed
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- General knowledge of Microsoft Suites
This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally in excess of seventy-five (75) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary.

Pay range starts at: $18.40/hour. All salary calculations start at the minimum salary and will be based on candidate's education and experience. This position is open until filled.
