Labourers Port Talbot | £13.00 per hour PAYE- £16.85 Umbrella per hour plus overtime premiums | Immediate start available | CSCS card required | 3 month's work Introduction Acorn by Synergie is seeking safety-conscious and reliable individuals with a valid CSCS qualification and full drivers licence to work with our client on a large project in Port Talbot steel works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily site operations while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols.

Key Duties:

Operate in compliance with all site safety procedures and legal requirements.

Carry out assigned tasks including general labouring, equipment handling, and assisting skilled trades.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Attend and contribute to site briefings and toolbox talks.

Report any unsafe practices or incidents immediately to supervisors.

Assist with setup and demobilisation of site activities.

Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card (Mandatory). Valid drivers licence and own transport (due to location). Previous experience on industrial or construction sites preferred.

Strong understanding of health and safety practices.

Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.

Good communication skills and reliability.
