Jefferson County is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper II (32 hours per week) to join the Financial Management team. This role focuses on Solid Waste billing, accounts receivable, daily cash/credit card receipting, deposits, and reconciliations, with duties covering accounts payable and payroll for various Public Works programs.
The ideal candidate has an AA in accounting or equivalent experience, plus several years in governmental bookkeeping, and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy in a team
