Northwest Maritime in Port Townsend, WA is hiring a Visitor Experience Associate to welcome guests at our Welcome Center and Swan Hotel. You will handle reservations, check-ins, inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping while delivering outstanding service to visitors, shoppers, and program participants.
You’ll join a small, community‑minded nonprofit and work Saturdays through Mondays, 2 pm to 7 pm, onsite at 431 Water St.
