Critical Care RN – ICU (Night Shift)

Jefferson Healthcare is currently seeking a Critical Care RN to join our ICU team. As an ICU RN, you will provide individualized care to patients, utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. In this role, you will work as part of a team to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met and confidently guide support staff to achieve patient‑centered collaborative care.

• Current Washington state RN license in good standing
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• NIHSS Certification required within 6 months of hire
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• One‑year ICU experience preferred

Salary: $41.43 – $75.65 per hour
