Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant

Life Care Centers seeks a Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in restoring and maintaining their highest level of function. In this patient-first, team-based role, you will assist with restorative exercises, mobility, positioning, and ADLs under the direction of nursing and therapy staff. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting progress, following individualized care plans, practicing infection control and safety, and communicating changes in condition.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing care to support resident mobility and function
• Assist residents with exercises, ambulation, positioning, and ADLs per care plans
• Monitor, document, and report resident progress and changes in condition
• Follow infection control, safety, and fall-prevention protocols
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to implement restorative programs
• Use electronic health records to accurately record care and outcomes
