Controller, Accounting, Financial Controller

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 + Bonus

• Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, cash receipts, and fixed assets
• Lead monthly and annual close processes in compliance with GAAP
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team, driving collaboration and process improvement
  
  Manage consolidations and prepare accurate financial reports for leadership and the Board
• Lead budgeting, audits, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and cash/investment management

• BS in Accounting
• Proven experience leading full‑cycle accounting and close processes at a manufacturing company
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing and developing accounting teams
