Supply Chain​/EDI Coordinator

• Manage daily EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810) to ensure accurate order processing, shipment confirmation, and invoicing
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI errors, resolving routine issues independently and escalating complex problems when needed
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to maintain accurate order status and ensure on‑time fulfillment
• Maintain customer compliance requirements, ensuring all transactions meet retailer standards and internal process expectations
• Analyze order and transaction data to identify discrepancies, improve accuracy, and support continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• Supply chain education or professional background, with working knowledge of EDI transaction sets and the order lifecycle
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and order processing, including the ability to troubleshoot transaction‑related issues
• Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills, with the ability to manage details while supporting fast‑moving operations
