Project Safety Manager – Data Center
Location: Arizona | Nevada | California | Wisconsin | New Mexico | Texas | Iowa
Salary Range: $95,000 to $125,000
Reporting To: Manager, Project Safety
* This position is eligible for the annual performance bonus plan.
This position primarily involves working on-site at the project location or in office. Travel frequency and duration will vary depending on the role and project timeline.
Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, education and experience. Role OverviewThe Project Safety Manager supports the Project Teams in developing and sustaining an Incident & Injury Free Culture (IIFC) by creating and maintaining a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations and manages incident reporting and investigations.
Responsibilities- Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports for large projects.
- Lead incident and injury investigations in collaboration with production leadership.
- Assist in weekly toolbox safety meetings.
- Audit CUPE CEI/Subcontractor compliance with applicable standards and project safety requirements.
- Develop and support safety training and testing for all employees.
- Work with field personnel to develop project‑specific safety plans.
- OSHA 30‑Construction certified; CPR/FA Certified (Trainer Preferred).
- BCSP CHST certification or higher within 12 months of hire.
- 3–5 years of construction safety experience (electrical preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED;
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, Business or Engineering preferred. - Valid state‑issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Strong communication and influence skills.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
- Bilingual proficiency preferred.
- Authorised to work in the United States; no sponsorship offered.

General Work EnvironmentWork performed in both indoor office and outdoor construction job sites. Stand, walk, sit, climb, type, carry, push, bend; occasional work at heights, confined spaces, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
