Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Jobsite Safety for immediate openings in Port Washington, WI. This role is dedicated to advancing and reinforcing health and safety initiatives, fostering a robust safety culture throughout the organization, ensuring the identification and mitigation of potential hazards.
Responsibilities- Support the development, implementation, and improvement of project safety programs
- Promote a positive safety culture among all jobsite personnel
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate workplace hazards
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Conduct daily safety guidance, training sessions, and toolbox talks
- Perform jobsite inspections and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate incidents and document findings to prevent recurrence
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Assist in risk assessments and loss prevention planning
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
- Approximately 7 years of construction safety experience
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- OSHA 30
- One or more of the following safety certifications:
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
- Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)
- Associate Safety Professional (ASP)
Candidates must possess strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to identify hazards, enforce safety standards, and solve problems in a fast‑paced construction environment. They must be self‑motivated, organized, able to communicate effectively with field personnel, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
