- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall construction execution
- Oversee all phases of projects including preconstruction, design development, permitting, bidding, construction, commissioning, and closeout
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead project financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and contractor billing reviews
- Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes
- Ensure projects comply with engineering standards, codes, specifications, and client requirements
- Drive process improvements, lessons learned, and cost‑saving initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
- Support operational coordination for existing mission‑critical facilities and ongoing maintenance considerations
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- 5+ years of construction project management experience; 7+ years preferred
- Strong experience managing large‑scale commercial or mission‑critical construction projects ($100M+ preferred)
- Data center experience strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management
- Proven ability to manage relationships across clients, GCs, trade partners, municipalities, and executive leadership teams
- Strong communication, leadership, financial management, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience specifically managing construction scopes preferred over operations or development‑focused backgrounds
