Senior Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall construction execution
• Oversee all phases of projects including preconstruction, design development, permitting, bidding, construction, commissioning, and closeout
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead project financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and contractor billing reviews
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes
• Ensure projects comply with engineering standards, codes, specifications, and client requirements
• Drive process improvements, lessons learned, and cost-saving initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
• Support operational coordination for existing mission-critical facilities and ongoing maintenance considerations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 5+ years of construction project management experience; 7+ years preferred
• Strong experience managing large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects ($100M+ preferred)
• Data center experience strongly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management
• Proven ability to manage relationships across clients, GCs, trade partners, municipalities, and executive leadership teams
• Strong communication, leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience specifically managing construction scopes preferred over operations or development-focused backgrounds
