As our English Tutor - ESL Instructor, you'll earn a competitive hourly wage of $40-$45/hour, depending on experience

Our ideal candidate meets the qualifications listed below:
- Experience teaching English to Spanish-speaking individuals
- Previous teaching or instructional experience
- Ability to teach practical, job-related English communication skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Being bilingual in Spanish and English, having ESL teaching experience, and professional teaching experience are preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ENGLISH TUTOR - ESL INSTRUCTORThis contract, part-time, seasonal position runs from mid-December through March
, averaging approximately 20 hours per week across 2-3 days per week, with shifts scheduled during normal business hours and the potential to become a recurring annual opportunity.
As our part-time English Tutor - ESL Instructor, you'll work directly with our Spanish-speaking employees, helping them develop the practical English skills they need to confidently interact with customers in the field. Throughout each session, you'll teach conversational English, guide employees through common customer interactions, and introduce vocabulary related to service work, repairs, and replacements. You'll help team members learn how to professionally introduce themselves, explain the work being completed, and communicate what needs to be fixed or replaced, ultimately empowering them with the confidence and skills to provide an exceptional customer experience.
