The Will Group is hiring an MEP Superintendent to lead field execution on complex commercial and mission-critical projects, including data centers. This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who understands how critical MEP systems are to project success and long‑term performance.
You’ll oversee day‑to‑day MEP activities on site, coordinate subcontractors, partner closely with project managers and engineers, and drive installation, startup, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems. Strong experience with electrical distribution, backup power, and mission‑critical environments is highly valued.
We’re looking for someone with 7–10 years of field construction experience, including several years leading MEP scopes in the field. Data center or other high‑reliability project experience is preferred.

Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $95,000 to $115,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
