This is an on‑site, full‑time Associate role at SPORT CLINIC PHYSICAL THERAPY located in Port Washington, WI. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with daily clinic operations, providing support to physical therapy staff, and ensuring a positive experience for patients. Day‑to‑day tasks will include maintaining organized records, communicating with patients, scheduling appointments, and supporting the delivery of quality care. The Associate will also play an essential role in fostering a welcoming and professional environment.

• Strong organizational, scheduling, and administrative skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team and maintain professionalism in a clinical setting
• Previous experience in a healthcare or physical therapy environment is beneficial but not required
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scheduling systems
