Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategies that support business growth and operational objectives.
- Manage network infrastructure, hardware, cloud environments, and cybersecurity programs.
- Support remote and field service teams through reliable connectivity, mobile device management, and technical assistance.
- Lead IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget, capital expenditures, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain software licensing, hardware inventories, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans.
- Evaluate technology trends and recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Oversee IT staff and external service providers to ensure high-quality support and service delivery.
- sBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- .5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, and support services
- .3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or IT vendors
- .Experience supporting manufacturing ERP systems;
Macola experience is a plus - .Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, LAN/WAN environments, and cybersecurity best practices
- .Experience supporting distributed work forces, mobile technologies, and field service operations
- .Proven project management skills with successful system implementation and upgrade experience
