Inventory Control Specialist – 1st Shift

• Monitor inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports to support inventory control and planning activities
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy
• Support material planning processes by utilizing MRP data and inventory management tools
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials

• Associate degree in Materials Planning, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of inventory control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or related experience
• Strong understanding of MRP concepts and ERP system functionality is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to learn and utilize multiple Excel functions
