Quality Control (QC) Line Technicians
Port Washington, WI
Kleen Test Products (KTP), a leading contract manufacturer of household and personal care products, is hiring QC Line Technicians to support our growing operations. If you’re detail-oriented, hands-on, and looking for a stable career with real growth opportunities—this role is for you.
Interview Requirement: Candidates must be available for an in-person, on-site interview.
Shift Available
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

- Perform in-process quality checks (weights, measurements, visual inspections)
- Accurately document and report inspection results
- Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams
- Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards
- Operate testing equipment (pH meters, balances, vacuum testers)
- Maintain proper labeling and traceability on the production line
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow procedures and document results clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred (not required—we’ll train!)

What We’re Looking For- High School Diploma or GED: (required)
- Previous QC or manufacturing experience: at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred
- Adaptability: Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues
- Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects
- Communication
Skills:
Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members - Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software
- Math Proficiency: Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system
- Discretion and Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
