- Setting up and operating CNC and related production equipment
- Adjusting machinery and processes to maintain quality and efficiency
- Reviewing work orders and schedules to meet customer needs
- Performing routine, preventative, and basic corrective maintenance
Troubleshooting equipment or process issues - Maintaining accurate maintenance and setup documentation
- Working cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
- Assisting with training and mentoring technicians or production staff
- Following GMPs, SOPs, and all safety and quality requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3+ years of machine set‑up experience (CNC preferred)
- Manufacturing experience with mechanical systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic measurement
- Ability to perform basic math
- Adaptability in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Technical or trade school education
- Experience with CNC programs and programming
- Medical device or regulated industry experience
- Job shop manufacturing background
- Experience with engineering change processes
