You set the pace, monitor the press, check parts for quality, trim to spec, and keep production flowing. By 5 am, you’ve hit the targets together—and that shared win feels great.

Role Overview We’re hiring a full-time teammate for 3rd shift who’s ready to learn, contribute, and take pride in consistently producing high-quality molded parts.

What You’ll DoOperate and oversee rubber molding equipment throughout your shift

Inspect parts, trim as needed, and maintain quality standards

Track output and collaborate with your team to meet production goals

Keep a safe, organized work area About You Reliable and team-focused—people know they can count on you Detail-driven with a commitment to doing the job right

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for the duration of the shift

Machine operation experience is helpful; injection molding exposure is even better. We’ll teach you the rest if you bring the right attitude.

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits Starting pay: $20.00/hr plus a $2.00/hr premium for 3rd shift
