Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver high-precision rubber parts, ensuring that every product leaving our facility adheres to exact customer specifications.
Responsibilities- Manage the operation of rubber molding machinery to ensure consistent output and process efficiency.
- Prepare and stage raw materials and necessary inserts to maintain continuous production flow.
- Execute precise finishing techniques, including trimming and secondary processing, to achieve final product requirements.
- Perform comprehensive in-process and final quality inspections to validate component integrity.
- Document production metrics and quality data to maintain accurate manufacturing records.
- Proactively identify and report equipment performance issues or quality deviations to leadership.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Proven ability to follow technical instructions and standardized inspection procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Physical capability to stand for extended shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable attendance record and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial production setting.
- Hands-on experience with injection molding equipment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in quality control and inspection methodologies.
