Role

ResponsibilitiesImplements and monitors care plans, documents patient status, carries out physician and nursing orders, and assists with discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes.
QualificationsRequires licensure as a Registered Nurse from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a valid multi-state license, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Education must include a nursing diploma or equivalent professional licensure. Preferred candidates have at least 2 years of nursing experience and wound care expertise.
Skills & AttributesStrong clinical assessment, communication, and coordination skills to ensure high-quality patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
