Responsibilities- implement and monitor patient care plans
- communicate patient conditions
- coordinate multidisciplinary care
- follow physician orders
- assist with discharge planning
- active RN licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications within specified time frames
- graduation from an accredited nursing program
