Role Overview
Provide direct patient care in a progressive care unit, implementing and monitoring care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions, and serving as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines.
ResponsibilitiesCarry out physician and nursing orders, assess patient needs, and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
QualificationsMust have a valid RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a current multi-state/Compact State license, and BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire. Education requirement includes a diploma from an accredited nursing school.
