Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Float

Role Overview:

This position involves leading high-acuity patient care on Med Surg and Intermediate units, utilizing specialized training in progressive care to support complex patients.

• Coordinate and deliver seamless, high-quality care by serving as the central contact for all clinical disciplines.
• Monitor patient safety, document care accurately, and advocate for positive outcomes.
• Respond to hospital needs by providing expert nursing support for high-acuity cases.

• Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire;
  Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
• Three or more years of nursing experience, with training in med/surg and progressive care settings, is preferred.
• Experience with high-acuity and specialty patients is a plus.
