Journeyman Electrician

West Allis is looking for residential Electricians to join our growing team!!

Sign-On Bonus Details: $1,000 upon Sign-On, and $500 a month for the first 10 months. At annual review, the rest is awarded as long as you're in good standing with the company.

Compensation: $100K base plus performance incentives for licensed electric journeymen.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical problems accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
• Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area
• Educate and offer customers appropriate upgrades that you can complete immediately or at a scheduled time
• Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
• Document work completed with before and after photos
• Demonstrate safe working practices and methods
• Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
• Keep your truck inventory up to date
• Properly complete paperwork
• Join the on-call rotation
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Deliver a 5-star service experience to our clients & community

• Two (2) years of residential Electrical Service background
• Must have an electrical license
• Exceptional technician: intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized – ‘what next’ attitude
• Possess the necessary tools, knowledge & drive to exceed industry standards
• Ability to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, lift over 75 lbs, and work in tough environments such as summer heat and winter cold
• Can pass the Federal background and drug screen; a clean driving record and current driver’s license are a must
• The drive to succeed and grow

Salary range: USD $75,000.00 Yr. – USD $ Yr.
