Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers regarding work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory;
Process and input customer orders; produce necessary paperwork and paperwork related to customer work orders;
Coordinate special and last-minute shipping requests with Traffic and Operations Departments, expediting orders as needed;
Provide follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are met;
Maintain records and files related to orders and invoices; communicate customer feedback to management;
Liaise between warehouse and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes; maintain procedure manuals
