Key Responsibilities Inventory Control

  • 1. Conduct daily cycle counts and key inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • 2. Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • 3. Monitor inventory movement data to ensure warehouse management system (WMS) records match physical stock levels.
  • 4. Assist in resolving inventory-related issues, such as lost, damaged, expired, or misplaced items.
Quality Assurance
  • 1. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all items meet company and customer quality standards.
  • 2. Oversee the handling of returned and damaged goods, analyze quality issues, and provide improvement recommendations.
  • 3. Ensure proper storage conditions in the warehouse to maintain quality and safety standards.
Operations Optimization
  • 1. Participate in warehouse process optimization to enhance inventory management efficiency and reduce errors.
  • 2. Support ICQA Supervisor in analyzing data and implementing inventory control strategies.
  • 3. Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to generate inventory and quality reports for management review.
Safety & Compliance
  • 1. Ensure all inventory control procedures comply with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • 2. Participate in ICQA-related training sessions and knowledge sharing to improve team capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Associate’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work Experience:

    1+ years of experience in warehouse inventory management or quality control, with a solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Experience in team management with the ability to lead and motivate employees to enhance performance.
  • Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate outbound processes across departments.
  • Language Requirement:
    English proficiency as a working language is required; fluency in the local language and Chinese is preferred.
  • Others:
    Legally authorized to work in the United States.
