Key Responsibilities Inventory Control
- 1. Conduct daily cycle counts and key inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- 2. Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- 3. Monitor inventory movement data to ensure warehouse management system (WMS) records match physical stock levels.
- 4. Assist in resolving inventory-related issues, such as lost, damaged, expired, or misplaced items.
- 1. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all items meet company and customer quality standards.
- 2. Oversee the handling of returned and damaged goods, analyze quality issues, and provide improvement recommendations.
- 3. Ensure proper storage conditions in the warehouse to maintain quality and safety standards.
- 1. Participate in warehouse process optimization to enhance inventory management efficiency and reduce errors.
- 2. Support ICQA Supervisor in analyzing data and implementing inventory control strategies.
- 3. Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to generate inventory and quality reports for management review.
- 1. Ensure all inventory control procedures comply with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- 2. Participate in ICQA-related training sessions and knowledge sharing to improve team capabilities.
- Education:
Associate’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Work Experience:
1+ years of experience in warehouse inventory management or quality control, with a solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations. - Experience in team management with the ability to lead and motivate employees to enhance performance.
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate outbound processes across departments.
- Language Requirement:
English proficiency as a working language is required; fluency in the local language and Chinese is preferred. - Others:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
