Nursery Manager– Be the Founding Leader of Our Brand-New 110-Place Busy Bees Nursery in Guernsey!
Salary: Up to £68,000 OTE (£55k base + up to 25% bonus)
Plus £5000 relocation package (T&C'S apply)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful opening and long-term operation of the nursery
- Set a tone of warmth, trust, and high standards from day one
- Ensure compliance with EYFS and Guernsey’s local regulatory frameworks
- Partner with parents, professionals, and the wider island community
- Inspire your team to deliver best-in-class care, education, and support
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Busy Bees UK to deliver excellence
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing or deputy managing a nursery setting
- A genuine passion for building and leading teams
- A strong knowledge of EYFS and commitment to child-led learning
- Ambition to create a new centre culture from scratch
- Leadership that balances kindness, high expectations, and joy
- You're not inheriting someone else's nursery — you're launching your own
- You'll be seen as the face of Busy Bees Guernsey, with full trust and support
