CAD Designer

We are looking for a CAD Designer/Detailer to add to our growing team. As a CAD Designer, you will have the opportunity to create unique designs both large and small. You will be responsible for working with project managers/designers/sales to meet the objectives by required deadlines. You are part of a collaborative team that is driven to provide the best service and drive great customer outcomes.

• Learn about Trinity, what we do and why we do it.
• Balance design integrity and intent within the parameters of the budget guidelines provided by the clients to create new exhibits and projects.
• Maintain effective project/design for customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company capabilities and products.
• Create easy to follow/read setup instructions.
• Gather & analyze information and work well in group problem solving environment.
• Operate effectively under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Maintain office organization, professional work environment and functionality.
• Manage your time accordingly to budget/cost constraints and see projects through to a profitable completion.
• Continue to keep abreast of and understand custom design/build in the trade show/event space.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance.

• 1 – 3 years of background/experience in tradeshow/event exhibit design
• Autodesk AutoCAD skills – Must have prior CAD experience and the ability to communicate 3D space, both on paper and digitally
• Netsuite experience a plus
• Knowledge of Aluvision/BeMatrix systems a plus
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to learn new processes and make changes to streamline workflow
