Lead Financial Planning & Analysis
Develop forecasts, analyze performance trends, and provide insights that help leadership make informed business decisions.
Drive Costing & Margin AnalysisPartner with operations to evaluate costs, analyze variances, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Support Supply Chain & Logistics PerformanceMonitor key logistics, freight, and supply chain metrics, ensuring forecasts align with operational realities and financial objectives.
Deliver Meaningful Financial ReportingPrepare and present financial reporting and analysis for assigned regions, translating data into actionable recommendations.
Partner With OperationsWork closely with plant and operational leadership to understand business drivers, improve decision-making, and support growth initiatives.
Influence Business StrategyProvide financial insight around pricing, margins, forecasting, and operational performance to support both short-term execution and long-term planning.
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, FP&A, or cost accounting
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis skills
- Experience with:
- Cost accounting
- Variance analysis
- Margin reporting
- Supply chain or logistics finance
- Financial modeling
- Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities
- Operational mindset with the ability to connect financial performance to business performance
