- Overall responsibility for accounting, financial control and compliance across North America
- Ensure timely and accurate group reporting, management reporting, and external reporting
- Lead financial planning processes including forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning
- Act as finance business partner to the Managing Director – North America
- Lead, develop and manage the North America finance team
- Drive harmonization and standardization of financial processes aligned with Group standards

- Ensure timely and accurate group reporting, management reporting, and external reporting
- Lead financial planning processes including forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning
- Act as finance business partner to the Managing Director – North America
- Lead, develop and manage the North America finance team
- Drive harmonization and standardization of financial processes aligned with Group standards
- Support business development initiatives, including CAPEX projects and restructuring
- Provide financial analysis for pricing, costing, and profitability improvement initiatives
- Champion the use of BI tools (e.g. Targit) across the region
- Support audit processes, tax compliance, and liaison with external advisors
- Management of North America finance team (approx. 4 employees across 2 sites)
- Oversight of accounting, reporting, treasury, and credit control activities
- Full ownership of finance processes across North America
- Responsibility for financial accuracy, compliance, and performance reporting
- Contributor to global finance alignment and process excellence initiatives
- Qualified Accountant (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree level (minimum)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles
- Experience in finance business partnering
- Experience in multinational and multi-site environments
- Experience with group reporting and audit processes
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Project management capabilities
- Ability to manage and develop teams (direct and indirect)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
