Chase - 3275 Willowcreek Road - Responsibilities:
Greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment;
Process account servicing and maintenance tasks, and open new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations;
Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs) to meet their needs;
Develop trusted relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, in accordance with bank procedures
