What We're Looking For:- Logistics, transportation, warehouse, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with inventory, shipping documentation, and operational data
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Support customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain inventory and shipping records
- Create reports and update customer/vendor information
- Schedule pickups and deliveries
- Process invoicing and shipping documentation
