• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and conduct safety checks
• Support facility repairs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, and general upkeep
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve recurring equipment problems
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca’s internal safety protocols
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures with precision and consistency

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO
• Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480 V/3‑phase, DC motors, Yaskawa AC drives, wiring, and control logic
• Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
• Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus
• Ability to work overtime as needed

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Sun–Thu)
