The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is friendly during regular client interactions, and can be counted on to show up consistently and on time.

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash
• Refill supplies such as paper products and soap
• Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Report maintenance issues or supply needs promptly

• Friendly, professional demeanor for regular client interactions
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
